01 — Who we are
HiFlex Partners Ltd is an employment business supplying temporary workers across the UK. For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 we are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
02 — What we collect
From workers: name, contact details, address, date of birth, right-to-work documents, national insurance number, bank details, certifications and licences (including SIA, CSCS and food hygiene), availability, work history and references.
From clients: name, job title, company, contact details and the details of the bookings you place with us.
From all visitors: limited technical data such as pages viewed, needed to keep the website secure and working.
03 — Why we use it
To match workers to shifts, verify eligibility to work, run payroll, meet our legal and licensing obligations, invoice clients, and respond to enquiries submitted through this website.
Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, and our legitimate interest in operating a staffing business.
04 — Who we share it with
Client organisations receive only the worker details needed for a booking — typically name, role, relevant tickets and shift times. We also share data with payroll providers, HMRC, and the SIA where a licence check is required. We do not sell personal data.
05 — How long we keep it
Worker records are retained for up to six years after the last assignment to meet payroll and tax obligations. Unsuccessful applications are deleted after twelve months. Client enquiry data is retained for up to three years.
06 — Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or object to processing. Email admin@hiflexpartners.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
07 — Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies required to serve pages and remember your preferences. We do not run advertising trackers.
